Final Fantast: Tactics is still today one of the best overall turn based strategy games out there. Developed by Square, a leading company in strategy games, Final Fantasy: Tactics remains one of the most collectible and sought after games for serious fantasy strategy fans.
Nearly a hundred different Classes of character with the ability to switch primary career focus, it's possible to " round out " your charcter or any member of your party to include the capability to " max out " each and every career class in your overall quest. Hundreds of combinations of weaponry, items, abilities, and many enemy types with unique abilities.
Plan your attack and defense strategy based on distance, time, elevation, and several other characteristics that differ on each battlefield. Aquire new party members as you wish or allow specific game dynamics to introduce you to potential party members with unique special abilities.
All of this and more makes Final Fantasy: Tactics a GREAT Game even today amongst the third generation Game Systems available.
