this is a great book because i am half filipino and is worth the time to pick it up. since i used to be a cook the recipes were quite easy. so if you are a pacific islander like me or if you are looking for some new food to try this book is worth the time to pickup. the recipes are in plain english and easy to understand and what to do. enjoy your next meal.
