
Bad Service
I did not get the DVD I ordered. Got something else instead, and when I contacted the company they wanted me to fill out a form...and ship the DVD back. I am not the one who made the mistake. I did my part. I paid promptly, waited patiently. In other words, I held up my end of the bargain. As far as I am concerned, they should have sent me a pre-paid envelope to put the incorrect DVD in in order to ship it back. Why should I be the one who pays the shipping? Again, I am not the one who made the mistake. I've even been kind enough not to leave them bad feedback. But since you asked for this review...you get it. In the mean time, I simply will not buy from this company again.
