This was a Christmas present to my husband - and he is really enjoying it. The book describes the 50 BEST places to fly fish. While this may be a topic appealing to a limited audience, it is good for both hobbyist and those thinking they might like to take up the sport. He's been learning facts about fish, what may or may not attract them, and tips and suggestions. It is also a travelogue in that many of the places are exotic. We travel a lot and this gives us the impetus to visit some spots we might not have considered. Well worth the money!

this book was great. It is definately my goal to go to those places before my time is up. I don't normally enjoy reading books, but this book was definately one that I could not keep out of my hands. I would read a little bit every night before going to bed and just couldn't end up putting the book down on the bedside table. I love the outdoors and would really enjoy going to the places mentioned in the book. I recommend reading this book if you are a true outdoorsman

Given to me as a gift. I love it. I have fished 10 of the places and enjoyed the review plus i have 40 more to go. I bought a copy and sent to a friend in England, he loves it and purchased another copy to send to his fishing buddy. The style is layed back and provides a laymans view through expert eyes of the place and what to expect. Yes, fish catching is important, but the rest of the experience is included. I felt like i was there fishing with the author and that I had a great day on the water. fliefisher

I have'nt received it yet nor have I got my money back. The crook will not answer emails. I paid for it the end of November with paypal. I like to fly fish is the reason I bought it.

It's beautiful, interesting, and helpful. The pictures make a big difference in deciding if one would want to go there.
