
Fibromyalgia Relief thru movement~Stacie Bigelow
Very disappointed with this book. This book in a nut shell says to keep moving to keep fibro pain at bay, but only if you are getting the proper sleep.
Fibromyalgia is a sleep disorder, we don't get our REM sleep, so how do you lift weights, run, etc?
