Fibromyalgia by Don L. Goldenberg (2002, Paperback, Illustrated)

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia after many years with pain and discomfort. My doctor discussed many things about my previous medical that seem to relate to fibromyalgia.
I wanted to learn more about it, so purchased this book by Don Goldenburg on Fibromyalgia. I did not need to look for another book. As I read ----I discovered more about my condition that I have had for at least 20 years.As I read, I could check off things that were happening with me. It as an eye-opener for me. It helped me to recognize where I am, and what I can do to help myself live with this condition.
