Informative book on ovulatory infertility A++
1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
Despite the fact that a NY Times article by a reviewer belittled the book because it "only" applies to a third of women trying to get pregnant (duh, is that SO insignificant??!!), the author's of this book have done humanity a great service by presenting information here collected from many sources that a health based diet CAN INDEED make a difference in getting pregnant.
1)Most of the reporting in the book has been fair and accurate.
2)The Fertility Diet represents the first systematic, scientific evaluation of diet and fertility in humans.
3)The strategies offered in The Fertility Diet give back some control, not to mention a better chance of getting pregnant, to couples struggling with ovulatory infertility, a condition that affects less than one-third of infertile women, but which is the largest single cause of infertility among American women today.
If you are in this situation, I highly recommend it for you or to give it as a present to someone you know who may be trying to get pregnant.
