Fenton Glass Compendium, 1985-2001 by John Walk (2003, Book, Illustrated)

John Walk has done it again with this outstanding reference work. This is part of a 3 part set, which depicts most of the work of the Fenton Glass company, since it's start in 1909. Fenton is a very prolific company, in that they have made thousands of art glass products. Each and every one a work of art.

Mr. Walk shows photographs of all of the Fenton pieces, including the various colors produced; and, gives important details about each item, such as: The color code, Year of manufacture, the Fenton Mould number, the market price, and in some cases historical information. This book works hand-in-hand with the other three works, to give a complete historical synopsis of Fentons long history of fine glassware; and, is invaluable in determining year of manufacture, and pattern information. No collector or dealer in art glass should be without this incredibly informative work.

Purchased for further study and info on Fenton Art Glass. Met all my expectations. I highly recommend this book.
