This is one solid guitar that will hold up over time and take you from beginner to wherever you want to go. From standout maker, it is a instrument that is clearly durable and holds its value over time. Having shopped the stores and looked at some of the junk thats out there at higher cost, especially in the entry and mid-level range, this instrument was definitely a sound bargin on Ebay and a great value for the money. And to play it is to enjoy it. Before I presented it as a gift, I watched and listened as my friend who is a professional musician plugged it in, looked it over, and tried it out. Talk about sounding sweet! You do not have to fight the strings while playing it to get the sound you want. The sound was crisp, solid and not distorted. The instrument was not only sturdy but over the session and held in tune, something cheaper and even more expensive models seem to have issue with. It has a great cosmetic finish and timeless look. I was sad to see it go back in the box till gift time for clearly this is a fine instrument which is a pleasure to use and play and one that's not meant to be hidden away or left standing in the corner.

I like the guitar because it is a fairly good guitar with a brilliant look. These guitars are inexpensive but perform well (with the right musician). I decided to buy this to learn basic guitar and have a guitar when others come to my place an want to play music.

Mint condition, just as advertised guitar, sounds and plays great. Only thing I didn't like was the bridge tone control knob sticks, but can be easily fixed next time I change the strings. I decided to buy this guitar because it was new still had all the stickers on it, guy was just liquidating some guitars he didn't play. I saved about $300 purchasing this guitar as opposed to buying a new '09 same model.

I bought this strat because I had always wanted to own and play one and I happen to see this guitar on ebay being sold by a local company that I knew I could trust by the reputation they have here in Wichita

I was a little disappointed when I first looked at the guitar because it wasn't polished up and cleaned. I had fingerprints and dust all over it. But after I cleaned it up I noticed that it was still in great condition. It still had the plastic on the scratch guard and once we took that off it looked like a brand new guitar. I would buy from this seller again but suggest that the products be shined and polished before sold.

I have always wanted a strat with the sunburst finish. It's the classic look of a stratocaster. It was advertised as being in mint condition and it was, except for the strings. This guitar was six years old, and I figured I'd buy it and put another set of pickups in,for a better sound. Well, even with the old strings, it's a strat. I love the action and sound of this instrument as well as how it looks. I collect guitars and play them, and while the standard line of fender product depreciates at this time, in ten years, who knows? This was an "old fashioned" ebay deal. The seller had something he didn't use, I wanted it, and got it for better than a "fair" price. I'll enjoy this guitar for years to come. It's not just a guitar, it's a piece of art.

The guiyar palys great. It has a five position switch so you get a lot of range on your sound. I'd like to have a humbucker in the bridge position but even without it you can get a good thick tone.
