The Feelings Book by Lynda Madison (2002, Paperback, Illustrated)

My daughter loves the book, she cant put it down, it has helped up communicate about many things - so it is a winner!!

Hi - i gave the book to my granddaughter but i do not know if she has read it yet. I think it is well written for the age level.

This is a great book that helps young women develop a better understanding about their feelings. My grand daughter loved was very interested in how it describe emotions and how they effect us. This book is directed at young women but can also be helpful for young men. This is a small book with a lot of big information. I would recommend it a must reading for adolescents who struggle to understand themselves better
