Unusual recording for a Superband. Nice to hear Rush's interests in earlier influences. Excellent versions and performance shows a different side of the band. Loved it!!!

) I was a teenager during the 60's and heard the songs that Rush covers on this album. Rush proves that they still rock and I was impressed with the fact that they only used guitars and drums. Summertime Blues is worth the cost of the cd alone! I'm a long time Rush fan and I was very pleased for them to do a cover album. Rock on guys...

) Canada's power trio wormholes back in time to rekindle some solid 60's standards. Being a Rush fan for 3 decades plus I would have bought this sight unseen anyway and was happy I did after first listen. I got it for a good price and the timing was right. "Summertime Blues"(track 1) is one of my favorite all time songs and Rush comes out swinging and nails it. This would be a good album for a person to discover the versatility that this band is famous for. Rock Onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.
