Movie Description A FAST AND THE FURIOUS style racing film that has a sense of humor, THE FEAR OF SPEED satirizes hyper-kinetic action films while still providing the same sorts of thrills. Adult star Violet Blue (credited as Ada Mae Johnson) stars as Brittany Sears, who suffers from an acute case of tachophobia, the fear of speed. Her boyfriend Max is quite the opposite, however, having made a career for himself as a racecar driver. But after gangster Rico Martino attacks and injures Max, it's up to Brittany to get behind the wheel of Max's car and stand up to Martino and his gang. THE FEAR OF SPEED was directed and produced by independent filmmaker Jeff Centauri, who is known for mixing action, sex, and comedy.
