"The Germans" was the sixth episode of the original series, and was first broadcast on BBC2 on October 24, 1975. Cast for this episode also includes Willy Loman, Nick Lane, Lisa Bargmayr and Dan Gillan as the German guests.

"The Hotel Inspectors" was the fourth episode of the original series, and was first broadcast on BBC2 on October 10, 1975. This episode features the priceless sequence in which Basil, acting as hotel sommelier, can't seem to correctly open a bottle of wine.
