I love to collect cookbooks. This is one of my favorites.

One of the criteria I have for a Great Cookbook is it has to have pictures! Also, I am always looking for different ways to use vegetables and this one has several for zucchini. Like Zucchini Cresecent Summer Pie, Zucchini Squares, Zucchini Cake!, Zucchini Boats, Zucchini & rice Casserole, Zucchini Soup, garden Tomato-zucchini Bake, Zucchini Quiche. I did not know there was so many different ways to fix zucchini!
