Fat-Burning Kickboxing Workout for Dummies (DVD, 2006)

I bought this because I wanted a butt-kicking, fat-melting cardio workout. For the most part, I got it, but I would like the video to last a little bit longer than 36 minutes. There's a lot of teaching and reteaching of moves, which is great for someone who's choreographically-challenged like me, but once you watch it a few times you learn the moves and routine and you're ready to just knock yourself out for a great cardio blast. I recommend this for people who want to learn basic kickboxing moves, but beyond that, you might want a slightly more challenging workout video.
