The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (DVD, 2006, Full Frame)

I have just had the opportunity two years after the theatrical release to watch The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift on Television. I had watched the first Fast and Furious in the theatre and the second on DVD. I had stayed away from Tokyo Drift because I had heard it was a bad movie that really didn't do well.

However, I was really impressed by the movie and it was a lot better then I thought. The movie has a great race scene off the start that involves an old muscle car and a viper! It goes on from there. As a result of that race the main hero is sent to live with his dad in Japan. Once there he learns about drift racing and it gets better from there!

The race scenes are awesome and the drifting is great! There is even a nice cameo at the end that helps tie the movies together!

This movie is awsome. Pure action from start to finish will have you on the edge of your seat. Tokyo Drift is the third to the set of Fast and Furious movies, and is one of the best of the three. It stars a whole new cast that you will end up loving. This movie has a great storyline along with some really bad cars. Once you watch this movie you will want to add it to your collection. Im rating this movie along with the girls in it a perfect ten.

I have an 11 year old son who is very into 'tricking' out cars and a 32 year old husband who is much the same. I knew we were buying this DVD without ever having to read the box. We had all seen the first two in the series. I enjoyed the storyline of the underdog good guy who wants to save the day and get the pretty girl. Shawn is a likeable character and not bad looking either. Nela is a very likeable character but at times leaves you wondering why she doesn't make up her own mind sooner. Hahn is standout and his role in the movie brought everything together. Twinkie was great comic relief and was truly believable. The world of Tokyo Drift is mesmerizing and addictive. The final word is that the cars are superbly tricked out, the races are incredible, the characters and story make the whole thing work, and of course Vin Diesel returns in the end. Shawn gets a new life and finds a place where he fits in.

it was great. ive wanted to watch this movie for a while. so when i saw it on ebay i was very happy.

My daughter is a Fast and the Furious fan, so in my house it was a gotta have. Great movie although this is not one of the favorites because there is no DOM.

I love everything about this movie. It was very good. I decided to buy it cause I liked the first fast and furious and figured I would like this one to.

awesome cars, creat action scenes, fast ride, good story line, pure adranline rush, one of the best fast and furious movies!!!

It's not as good as the first one, or the last one made, but it's pretty close. If 2fast 2furious made you question in sanity of the producers behind his franchise, tokyo drift will cause you to regain faith in them. Luckus Black has been good since he was a kid, and he steps into this roll with ease. Ok so it doesn't have Vin or Paul playing the leads, but it's got cars, power action, and a decent story line. It's also got a cultural flair because of it's Asian setting so it stands out. Check out this great flick.

I love this trilogy. Is so fast acting and thrilling. Cant wait to see this movie when I get it in the mail.

I like this movie because it is an action movie with a lot of hot guys and hot cars and awesome group movie. I bought this dvd because I am loving the action and want to replace an old one.

I got the movie in a very good time. The description on the product was exact. DVD case was perfect and nothing was wrong with the DVD at all. I had no problems with the seller what so ever.

I liked that it arrived in a timely matter to my home, I loved the movie and i disliked some of the scratches on the disc, other than that it was all gravy.

Movies about racin are always great. But once i watched Tokyo Drift i was just blown away. The cars look very nice and makes you wish you had one. It also makes you want to learn how to drift! I love this movie and probably have watched it over 30 times. IF you havent seen this THEN GET THIS DVD ASAP!

I rented this movie for my 16 year old son and he watched it about 15 times in the 5 days that we rented it. Needless to say, he absolutely loves this movie. He has started a DVD collection, so the price was definitely right on ebay versus purchasing this movie in a video store or department store. There is nothing that we dislike about the movie, the quality, or the price of this ebay purchase.
