    I have always liked Ron Legrand since I attended his bootcamp almost 10 years ago. He is a salesman extra-ordinaire and his bootcamps are top knotch. His boot camp material is top knotch and as an owner of stacks and stacks of Ron Legrands Courses I can say I am a happy customer.

    Ron shows you in this book how ho went from pumping gas for $5.00 and hour to becoming a Real Estate Millionaire and now one of the most wanted speakers on the subject nationwide.

    I highly recommend Ron's books whether you are new investor or a seasoned one.

    either way this book will entertain you, teach you and motivate you.

    Behind all the hype and the fact that Ron is one of the best salesman I have ever seen his materials and books are top notch.

    There are alot of polished gurus out there that are great presenters, and have great stories but their material lacks substance.

    Not so with Ron Legrand even this book is well packed with lots of good information for the guy that is getting started and wants to explore Real Estate investing as a career.
