SELLER MADE NO CONTACT WITH ME. i WAITING 2 WEEKS THEN MADE DISPUTE. FINALLY HE EMAILED ME BACK AND SAID THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE HE WOULD MAIL IT. i SAID NEVERMIND i WILL BUY FROM ANOTHER EBAYER. bOUGHT ANOTHER CHI AND HAD IT IN 8 DAYS~!

I made several purchases of this item and many of the sellers on Ebay are fraudulent. be carefull , first chech their feedback for item before buying. ilost my time and i had to file paypal claims and still waiting for a resolution to get my money back

I never got the Chi flat iron because she over sold. I'm still not sure how that happens. I'm very unset. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I did get a refund.

Wonderful flat iron, using this has cut my hair grooming time in half. This unit heats up quickly, and maintains an even heat.

I LOVE the CHI iron!! I'm a hairstylist and I've tried other high end flat irons and none of them work as well as the CHI. The CHI gets your hair pin straight if you want or you can smooth hair and still have a flip in it, or you can curl it! It does everything! And it does all that with the least damage possible because the ceramic plates and coils lock in the moisture instead of actually drying your hair out like other flat irons. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good flat iron.

This flat iron is a great buy i needed one that was brand named so that way i know it would work. It cost about the same as the other ones out there 50 bucks for a flat iron and that is a lot on something you use in your hair. I love the color Pink is the best. I think this might have been a later verison of the product just buy the box cover. But overall i like the product and glad i bought it.

pink chi flat iron rocks!! the only way this one could be any better is if it had a temp control...but it between good and excellent which to me means great!!!

I won the bid for this item - a much-wanted Chi flat iron. Immediately after the funds were withdrawn from my checking account, the seller deleted his/her eBay account and left me high and dry. It was a long, drawn out ordeal to recover my funds from PayPal. After this experience, I will never use eBay again, nor will I recommend eBay to anyone for any purchase.

i purchased a flat iron and received it but wasn't happy. the seller said to send back for a full refund....I did and still have'nt received a refund nor will he respond to any emails....so far im out 58.00 plus shipping twice. this was done in march and now i have to go thru paypall for a review to get a refund

Everyone in my cosmetology class paid any where from $100 to $300 for their CHI Flatiron. I really got a GREAT deal on my flat iron, and it works awesome on my hair.

I bought the CHI Pink Ceramic Flat Iron three weeks ago, and I am really loved it. It is great for hair and easy to use. I am recommend this CHI flat iron to everyone, also it is cheaper to get it on ebay.

We love this Pink Chi Flat Iron! It provides great salon style results but in the convenience of my own home. The floating ceramic plates on this iron provide hair with an even, steady exposure to a safe heat temperature and provide hair with silky and straight results with less damage in less time. Since the plates on this iron get to the desired heat setting so quickly and then maintain that heat, the hair is able to be straightened much quicker and since you aren't running the iron over and over the hair, it reduces the likelihood of frizz and damage to the hair cuticle.

I am very happy to get my item as quick as i did. it came in with no problems and my wife loves it. She loves the color and the travel case. her other one did not have a case and broke due to travel.

I can really tell the difference between this flat iron and the one I got from the beauty supply. It evenly heats my hair, and it leaves it so shiny & bouncy, highly recommended. I also have lighted my hair and it still gives my that awesome shine.
