Farmer Boy by Laura Ingalls Wilder (1953, Hardcover)

I have been searching for this for years as a child I have one of the first hard cover publications. My mother sold it in a yard sale when I got married. I want to read it to my grandchildren its such a wonderful heart warming story. I am grateful to the seller for helping me replace my cherished book.

I got the book for my daughter, that is in the 3rd grade. Her teacher was reading one of Laura's book and she told the childred that the Farmer Boy was also good. My daughter checked it out from the parish libary and our puppy chewed it up. I did not want to bring the book back in that condition and went to ebay and purchased one to replace the Parish book. I hate to admit but I have never read any of her books, but if an 8 yr old liked it, it must be good, to be albe to hold her attention!
