Farm Journal's Freezing and Canning Cookbook by Kathryn Larson, Nell Nichols (1978, Hardcover)

My sister recently started learning how to can things, like jellies and that sort of thing, and went to all the trouble of buying a proper canning kit, so I did a search for a good book to help her out. Everything I found on the Internet said that this was the book to buy, so I did, and upon receiving it, flipped through the book myself to see if it seemed interesting. I was not disappointed, and neither was my sister. I'm looking forward to picking up a copy of this book for myself!
