This is a fantastic coffeemaker! I drink between 2 and 3 pots of coffee a day. Ususally this seriously sets a decline in my coffee maker's ability to last very long. After a few months my coffee temerature seriously declines.
Not so with this beauty! I enjoy a steeping hot cup of coffee each time. And the flavor is wonderful. I have been conformed. No more drip machines for me. I'm keeping my Faberware!

) We are RVers and have used Farberware coffeemakers because they are easy to use and store when traveling. It makes a great cup of coffee. Our old one was faster and easier to fill. The cons for this coffeemaker is adding the water. The fill line is inside and very hard to see the marks, otherwise am very satisfied.

) This automatic coffee percolator does a wonderful job at brewing coffee in a quick, timely manner. Easier to load both coffee and water than a traditional coffee maker. No paper filters required--no chlorine taste from bleached-white coffee filters makes a better cup of coffee.

I make 2-4 pots of coffee a day; have been using the Farberware for 25 years; they're made well even though Farberware doesn't really make them anymore. I would never consider any other coffee maker! Enjoy

We have a large family, so Sunday dinners require lots of coffee, this perks fast and is nice and hot. The only draw back is using it during the week for morning coffee is that it does not have an automatic shut off so if you forget to unplug it when you leave...You are well aware of it when you come home by the smell of burnt coffee!

Decent, attractive coffee applianceThe little Farberware percolators have been around for DECADES with no real change to the design. They are very simple to use and make a decent cup of coffee. Just be careful - the amount of coffee needed in this machine tends to be less than the amount needed for other machines.
There isn't much to dislike... It's all stainless apart from the base so it's easy to keep clean and it looks pretty sitting on the counter.

Oh Farberware is the "BEST" coffee Pot your money can buy,They have been around for a very long time..They Hold up very well and have never had one go bad on me..The Stainless Steele is easy to clean and don't rot out on you..like Aluminum or Plastic..when they get old and become Brittle with age..

This item arrived packaged fine, but only worked twice. When I contacted the seller he said that he could not do anything and he siad too much time had passed to return this product. I would be wary to buy anything else from this seller.

Not very good with performance.I liked Farberware products. When I received item I noticed there was water in bottom of pot. I had been enformed it had been slightly used and I thought maybe the water had been a test seller had done before mailing to me. First time I used it my coffee was basicly colored water. Checked filter and water had not perked. Tried several more brews and it is hit and miss.

Not a good productI purchased this coffee maker for use while camping. I ran it off a Honda generator.
It worked well for three pots of coffee then it went kaput!
While it still sounded like it was working it would not send the hot water up the tube for some reason. I checked the Farberware website for troubleshooting information but found nothing helpful.
This was a display or scratch and dent sale item which was probably handled roughly at some point in its' short life.
It was shipped without the original box and no instructions.
The instructions were however available online.
There were no surprises however as the seller was honest about the coffee maker's origin.
It is now part of the Freeport, Maine landfill.
It worked well for three pots of coffee then it went kaput!
