Fandango (DVD, 2005)

This is a great movie. It is a bittersweet love story, mixed with great humor, and friendship! The story line is tight! It is so well scripted. The acting is brilliant. This movie stars a young Kevin Costner and Judd Nelson. A group of friends set off on a last hey day to Mexico before going their separate ways toward adulthood. The things they experience are hilarious at times. This is a movie you don't want to miss!

A movie about learning to let go the bonds that often tie us down, or create negative thinking and inhibit us from really living while we have the opportunity to do so. This unlikely group of college students take a trip across the country and celebrate life like we all should everyday. A must see.

One of the funniest movies I have ever watched. Have seen it many times and every time I watch it, it still makes me laugh. Unforgettable characters and funny situations. Makes me think of the people I grew up with.

Just a good ole' movie that takes you back to your youth! Everyone should see it! Hilarious hair raising antics, boys being boys, and a love story in the end. This movie makes you wonder what happened to old high school friends that you experienced life with at such a vulnerable age.

This is a coming of age movie with humor. I love the one liners and the action. It's a buddy movie with real actors that anyone will love.

You can tell by my handle that I love this movie. I was in the High School class of '67 and would have been in the UT class of '71 if I had gone to UT. I knew all of these guys and places growing up in the West Texas area, they just had different names. I first watched this movie in Art Class in high school and have fell in love with it ever since. Kevin Costner plays an amazing role as he conveys what had to be the emotions and feelings of growing up in this era. I love the cinematography, the writing, along with the acting. I think this is one of the best rounded movies made in it's era.

Well, I bought this movie for an assignment in school. It is a very good movie. I like how is development every stage.

An older movie obviously but soon to become a classic as its' charachters -two of which are played by Kevin Costner and Judd Nelson- transport you to a magical time in the sixties when love was pure, music was psychadelic and the draft for the vietnam war was in full swing. Four college buddies team up for one last great adventure on the highway of discovery where each will discover their own place in life before being drafted into the war in vietnam.
