
A Great Fix!
I love this cookbook! Each page has not just a recipe for a dish, but a whole meal. This way, I know at a glance when to start each dish, which ingredients are used when, if there's anything to do the night before, and even the nutritional components of each meal. The recipes are idiot proof (I ought to know!) and easy to follow! I like that she includes fish every week. My family loves the healthful meals, and it saves me menu planning time, because they're written in a weekly format. I love being able to go to her website (listed in the book), print out the shopping list for the week I want, and then just go.
Only one thing stopped me from giving an 'excellent' rating: she sometimes uses ingredients that are difficult to find and/or expensive. It's easy enough to substitute, so that's not a huge deal.
