False Memory by Dean Koontz (1999, Hardcover)

Generally, when I submit a review, I take the time to provide small details about the book that fails to give away the "surprises." However, I won't do that with this book because I feel that the slightest details could ruin for you.

This is a awesome read! With so many twists and turns that you feel as if you're in a mental maze, I absolutely loved it! Koontz went above and beyond the call of duty with this wonderful piece of mind-bending fiction!

False Memory has it all: great plot, wonderful characters, lots of action and suspense, and a bone-chilling villain who will give you nightmares. In spite of the terrible things that happen to the good guys, wonderful things happen too. If only we could "fix" things like this in real life (read the book)! A very satisfying read. The only thing I didn't like is that it ended!

Awesome, fast-paced book. I couldn't put it down! It keeps you turning the pages even after you say "just one more chapter". Thrilling and exciting, I could feel my heart beating.

Without doubt Dean is my No 1 choice when looking for books, I just wish he could write a book a week, Then I wouldnt have to keep waiting for the next one to come out. Im not going to go into details about the book as if you are like me, I prefer to not know anything untill I start reading about it in the book, I have read every one of his books so far and I love them all.
So as you can probably guess from what I wrote above, I highly Recomend this book.

This book was one of the best novels put out by Koontz. I owned it and lost it back in 2000, never to find it again i hardback. glad i looked on ebay. Can't wait to read it again.

I think Dean Koontz is by far the best Author of our time.
I had a number of signed books by him, however I went through a devorce awhile back and during the seperation leading up to the devorce my ex wife took all of my books. I have been rebuilding my collection through ebay, and have finally built it back up to a substantial amount.
They are some of my most prized possesions, and I am glad that ebay is a valued avenue to these treasured books by such an amazingly talented writer.
I have also met Mr. Koontz and he is as kind a man as you could ever want to meet, which makes the collection even more valued to me than just being a reader with good tast in books.

This is my fifth book, so far by Dean Koontz. Each one I read makes me more of a fan. This book has surprises around every corner. Very "edge of your seat" kind of book. The characters are well-developed and the bad guy may be the MOST evil one I've seen by this author. It keeps you pulling for the good guys and in fear of what the bad guy will plot next. It's hard to put down.
