) I cannot give a review of this book... After the seller shipped the book (along with others), someone had opened the parcel and removed the contents. Then filled the parcel with shredded cardboard.
The seller has always been very good with any other books I have gotten from her. I sent the package back to her for her to see what had happened. We both have filed claims/complaints with the post offices..
She also, cheerfully refunded my purchase prices.
