Fallen (DVD, 1998)

This is a very good movie. The plot and the Actors are great. This is a movie that has no flaws. From the beging to the end will keep you interested and on the end of your seat. The end is one you will remember. I can`t give it an "Excellent", because I don`t think its a classic.

I really enjoyed this movie! Denzel is one of my favorite actors because of movies like this one. It starts off with a man being executed in the gas chamber for committing murders....then enters a copycat killer...or is it something else? The movie is about Denzel's discovery of a demon that can only survive if it inhabits a body -- human or animal. This fallen angel only shows his face in the faces of others and speaks through them to Denzel as it taunts him with "copycat" murders and threats. Fear of what you can't see is the scariest thing about this film. Mostly suspenseful with lots of twists and turns....you must see it!

This is one of my favorite movies of all time. It's chock full of surprises, suspense, and a good dose of evil, the perfect thriller!

Denzel Washington is wonderful as always. This was my first time to see John Goodman in a non-comedic role and he was splendid! I'll never see 'Dan' the same again. :o)

The only downfall with viewing this movie, if it even is one, is I find that song to be forever associated with this movie. I hear a snippet anytime, anywhere *zoom* my brain starts playing this film, lol!

I purchased this DVD for someone who could not locate it in stores. I love shopping on eBay, all I have to do is Click it! and Pick it! (up at my designated shipping point.)

I like movies of this type. This one was very exciting. Trying to figure it out was a little tough at times, but that is what makes a great scare! Right!!

Don't we love movies where the boogey man is one the run?
Join the adventure and evil jumps from one unsuspecting person to another.

It was a very interesting movie.. made me think of what Flip Wilson used to say, "The devil made me do it".

Denzel Washington brings it with this psychological thriller made over 10 years ago. His self sacrificing shows that all cops aren't bad. (Well atleast they aren't in the movies!) The thought of a spirit that can travel in and out of people gives me chills and makes me wonder if the spirits of the woods are real? for it's time, great film quality, and superb supporting actors.

The dvd arrived before the estimated arrival date. The package and disc were in perfect condition. Had no problems. THANK YOU!

This was a pretty good movie, not excellent but good. Great acting by Denzel Washington, one of my favorites.

This an edge of your seat flick. With a great cast, this movie will keep you wondering who is this or what is this. The song they sing will stick to your mind after hearing it.

I ordered this for my mom, a big fan of Denzel. I'd seen this a long time ago and forgotten how good it is. Great performances by Denzel Washington and John Goodman. The story line is excellent and unique (in my opinion), with lots of twists and turns, and suspense.

A must see movie that God the Father is trying to open peoples eyes to what is going on in our world today. People are asleep to the true evil that is out there. We are in a war and not a physical one in man's reality but a war against Good and Evil. I am glad to see songs, movies, and other ways that God the Father's word is getting out there to OPEN the EYES to those who are asleep.

Denzel Washington is brilliant as a police detective racing against time to stop the boogey man from claiming souls..wow the script, the acting and especially the ending was a edge of your seat feast of delights..I gasped, jumped and stared awe struck at the ending as any movie buff knows those type of movies are rare to come across and wow am I glad I found this one..rent, buy, borrow, beg, do whatever you have to do (just don't steal)but try to see this one!!

This movie really hit home for me cause I believe in this too. It was a really great movie and Denzel really brung it home.

This storyline covers the idea that demons are astral/energy forms and can inhabit the bodies of people. The main character finds this out and then becomes a target, as humans are NOT supposed to know this knowledge. Twister, a bit dark.

I love this movie & it is hard to find it anywhere where we live. So I am glad to have found one on here.

The acting is superb. I love everything about this movie. Denzel Washington is so good in this. The plot is terrific. I love the actor at the beginning who is being executed - he does a very, very good acting job!!

This movie is an excellent whodunit that keeps you guessing, right up until the end. Denzel Washington does a superior job as the main character, a police detective with a long-standing relationship with a death row inmate. He soon learns there is more than meets the eye to the case, with an ending to the movie that you won't see coming. A must-see!

DVD was very intriguing. Watching it right now. Definitely a movie that you have to see all at once it is so gripping. Never really know what to expect.

The story of good versus evil will never get tired, and this movie found yet
another way to bring it to life.
I enjoyed the concept of the transferrence of evil through unsuspecting means. The possibility that evil could be "caught", was a new twist on evil, itself. Yet not such a stretch as to be ridiculous.
The acting was great. I found the actors well cast and fitting for each aspect of their role, both good and evil.
It is definately a well-spent 90-minutes!
