I remember seeing this book as a young child before I knew how to read big words. My mother used to have a copy when I was young and she used to read to my brother and I every night - something that I think is fading away from society. The pictures are absolutely beautiful, fantasy with a real feel, art that makes you believe faeries exist. Anniversary edition is wonderful edition. Wonderful stories to go along fantastic art.

The Illistrations Are very Life Like, And the BreakDown Of the Fairy folk In general Speaks for itself, Overall the books Contents Makes for a great read if you interested in The World Of Fae. This Book Was And Always will be a Childhood Favorite, Even My Children Love It.

This book has wonderful pictures and is also very informational concerning faerie folklore. An imaginative and colorful read describing each faerie in detail. Who would'nt love such a magical book. A+++
