Really love this workout since it is only 35 minutes and the aerobics are effective.It takes a couple times to get into the rhythm of the basic aerobic steps. The weightlifting is basic shoulder presses, tricep dips, upright rows, bicep curls, and more. Stephanie is one of my favorite instructors. I have to be honest even though I absolutely love this workout, for me the arm work out with Janet Brooks the Firm Upper Body gave me better arm burn. Highly recommend this dvd for those of us who don't have much time. Equipment needed is firm transfirmer and dumbells.
