My All Time Favorite Football(Soccer) Manager game

The thing I like most about this game is it's simplicity. You just pick a team and start making decisions to make your club the best one in the world. So it's a great game for a beginner. For people who consider themselves as soccer experts I recommend Championship Manager(by Eidos Interactive).

I personally preferred to be the manager of some last division club from England. Or maybe even pick a club from lets say the Danish League and try to be successful in the European Champions League. This style of playing is for people who like to build a team from nothing and step-by-step making it the best there is.

Like in other soccer manager games there are real life aspects. For instants you can't buy a player like Ronaldinho when you are a club from the lowest division. You don't have the money to pay his salary and even if you could get the money for it he wouldn't want to join an unknown club who have less talented players, a club that dose not compete at Champions League and so on. So you need to have the patience to be the manager of this type of small team. But wouldn't it be great if you did bring a club from the 4th division to the Premier League and win it?!

But of course there is nothing wrong in picking a club like Manchester United and trying to win everything there is. So personally I think it's a super game for any kid that is really into soccer. If I was a kid I would still play it but nowadays my grownup life has taken over all of my time. :)
