Exploring Psychology by David G. Myers (2007, Paperback)

I bought this book for a Psych 101 class. I actually really enjoy the format of this textbook. Everything is very practical and easy to understand. Any words you need to know are bolded in the text and then the definitions are on the same page, right in the margins-- so you don't have to flip back and forth to the definitions page to know what a certain word means. Each chaper is neatly divided into sub-sections and at the end of each section, there are practice questions to test your knowledge. These questions were also helpful in studying for exams. In short, the material is well-presented and well-organized.

I never received this book that I ordered and had to file a formal complaint. The $80.00 was promptly taken out of my account but the book never arrived. I ordered the book in August and through paypal I finally got my money back in late September. (just days before my psych class began). I had to go through the process of ordering a new book and paying for express delivery. This was my very first experience in ordering something through ebay and I was not impressed. It was costly, time consuming and agravating, to say the least.
