Exploring Creation with Biology by Jay L. Wile, Marilyn F. Durnell (2005)

The quality of this biology course is excellent. The text is interesting and the pictures are awesome. It's definitely a honor student course as it's very intense and full of information, but worth the effort of teaching this to your homeschool student. The teacher guide and CD with pronunciation and various experiment information is wonderful - especially for those hard to pronounce words. I highly recommend this biology course for any one - especially homeschool parents.

Required for class but a lot of information to learn. Book is expensive new. Much better to buy used.

Dr. Wile's materials are the best out there for science, whether you homeschool or teach in a public/private setting. His worldview is unapologetically Christian and creation-oriented so Darwinian educators might be tempted to pass his work up. But if you're not afraid of having science presented from a creationist viewpoint, you will find his materials the best in terms of user friendliness and how much they will prepare your students for college.
