What To Expect When You're Expecting Pregnancy Journal

I used this pregnancy organizer (diary) with my 2nd and 3rd children (I didn't know it was out when I had my first) and it allows you to keep track of everything. There are lists of baby supplies to check off as you get them, section to keep track of your diet, a birth plan to discuss with your health care provider, and pages to record details of each prenatal visit such as your weight, BP, fetal heart rate, measurement of the height of the fundus, and test results of urinalysis and ultrasounds. There are spaces where you write questions to ask your care provider at the next visit.
Basically, this is a detailed personalized guide with everything you'll need to plan and record how your pregnancy went. There's even a chart in the back to for when you go into labor and you can write down when contractions started, how long they last and how far apart they are.
It's also a nice keepsake, and a great reference to compare how each of your pregnancies progressed.
I highly recommend this journal to every woman to use in every pregnancy she has.
