Album Notes Producers include: Grease, J.V., Rapture Stewart, Mac G, Budda. The film EXIT WOUNDS marks the arrival of rapper DMX as a leading man, as he makes a dramatic showing that highlights his forceful intensity. The accompanying soundtrack disc is similarly intense, featuring some of the finest hip-hop artists around. Also appearing on this album is, of course, DMX himself, who contributes one of the most memorable cuts; a hip-hop version of the Bill Withers classic "Ain't No Sunshine" that amplifies the moodiness of the original. This is far from a one-man show, however. The bittersweet "Gangsta Tears" (Nas) and the funky pimp's tale "Hey Ladies" (Lady Luck w/Redman) make an equally strong impression, as do tracks featuring Timbaland, Mack 10, and a host of other hip-hoppers.
