
Great Workout
This is a great workout DVD to help tone your arms, butt, thighs, and abs. I consider myself active, and only workout to DVDs at home everyday - focusing on cardio, aerobics, and strength. I admit, I don't really like yoga or pilates, (even though this DVD isn't either one, it does move slowly so you can breathe, move, and stretch correctly) since I need more fast paced exercise, but you can feel the impact with these exercises. There are 5 10-minute segments to focus on each part of your body: Arms, Thighs, Glutes, Abs, and Stretch. Even if you only do 1 of the workouts, your body will still feel it for the day. I've seen results in my abs and thighs, and I just barely started doing it 3 weeks ago. Very effective workout for your whole body!
