
Well Worth the Reading
Dr. Wayne Dyer offers insight into not only our thoughts, but the way we think. He discusses how we are "trained" to think the way we do from the very begining of our lives to the present, and the ways we can not only be aware of what we are thinking but how it is affecting us at that monent, and most of all how we can change the way we think by recogonizing the thoughts we create ourselves that are holding us back and preventing allignment with our world. This book has allowed me to realize that the way I see myself and the things around me are influenced by the way I think, and the thoughts I choose. By simply being aware of our thoughts in any situation we have the ability to change them for the better. If you interested in this subject matter, I believe you will enjoy reading and even praticing the techniques in this book.
