The book is pretty good. It helps me write a decent resumes and cover letters. I bought the book for my class in summer

I got everything I needed out of this book. It was just a simple textbook that I needed for one of classes. To be honest I havent even opened it that much but I guess thats a good thing.

Like the exercises and the examples in the chapter to refer back to. I bought it for a Business Communications class.

Book is easy reading. I needed it for school and I found it on ebay for much less than what was at the book store.

the book is working out great. the product is as decribed. if they had another book i needed i would buy from again. great prices.

A lot of useful information is in this book. There are a ton of real life examples... It helps to write positve Business messages that really do get the results you are looking for.

It's a good text book, one that you can keep in your library even when the class finish's. There are different edition's for particular schools that do not seem any different. A good text book.

It is very easy to read, and the examples and supplementary material help make for a very excellent read. Additionally, it relates to real worlds issues, and there are drills and scenarios where you can practice what you have just read.
