How I wish I had this a year ago when I started real estate investing. I now have 3 homes and had a bunch a trouble that could have been easily avoided with this book. Well....at least I found it now.
Easy to understand and is set up so you can find your answers easily.
I will not go into a long discussion about this book. JUST BUY THIS BOOK. If you have 1 to infinity properties, or are just thinking about being a landlord.
BUY THIS BOOK, if you will manage your own properties or thinking of having a property manager. Ohhhhh, did i mention it to you ...BUY THIS BOOK.
