Every Landlord's Legal Guide by Janet Portman, Marcia Stewart, Ralph E. Warner (2006, Package)

I would love to give a review of this book but I have never received it. I have contacted the seller and they told me I had to file a claim with half.com. I went to the help screen to do this. It said to contact seller by email, wait 48 hours and if I don't hear back from them then to come back to the help screen and click "File a claim" button. There is no such button. I just want the book that I paid for! What a disappointing experience.
