I am a big Emeril fan and a fan of cajun food in particular. So, I jumped at the chance to get two books at a reasonable price. They are wonderful.

The stuff arrived in perfect condition, arrived faster than expected.. all to like, and nothing to dislike.

i picked up this book that i loss in the the storm that hit chalmette la outside of new orleans just one of many cook books we loss in the flood waters from the hurricane we love the cooking of new orleans and just to have this book around makes us feel back home we will never go back to live in chalmette r new orleans but still love the food it is easy to buy online and dont have to go out to buy we buy a lot online its just so easy

This book looked like the perfect gift for my husband. However, since you keep contacting me about it he now know's about it and therefore I have to buy something else. Otherwise, everything went fine. Thankyou.

This man knows how to cook, and I want some of those wonderful recipes for myself. He's a blast on foodnetwork.com to watch as he prepares wonderful mouth watering recipes for all to love. Now, if I could only get him to come make dinner for me!!!!!! How wonderful that would be. So, in the meantime, I will just have to fix these great recipes that are in this book, while I wait for that magical evening of food prepared by the bam expert himself. Who knows, maybe sometime in the future, at one of his nice restaurants, I can sit back, relax, and have someone who has trained under him prepare something out of this world for me to have for dinner. It never hurts to dream!!!!!!!!!!

Not a bad cook book.. would order as a giftfor someone.. a lot of great recipes that are user friendly and duable.
