Evenflo Triumph 5 Convertible Car Seat

I love this Car seat. I wish they would have this one around when all of my kids were little. Instead only my youngest gets to use it. We have a minivan and put the car seat in the middleseat in the middle. We have seat facing forward and it fits perfectly. We did buy the seat when my child was still rear facing. The seat even rear facing fit nicely in our minivan. It is one of the easiest to install carseats. The cloth slips off easily to get to the seatbelt holes to install the seat. Then it easily clips back on to the back of the seat. I love that you can loosen the straps with the knob. Makes it very easy to get a sleeping toddler out of the carseat without waking her/him. It's also nice during that time of year when it's a little cold in the morning and evenings and child is wearing a jacket or coat. Then in the afternoon when it's warmer and your child is no longer wearing a coat or jacket the straps tighten up easily with the knob and you don't have to fight the back of the seat to tighten up the straps.
The seat does sit a little high and my child loves being up high enough that she can out. The cushioning is nice and soft.
The negative is the seat is a little large. If you have a small car it may not fit. In a minivan it works great! We originally had it installed in a Suburban.
Having 5 children and having bought and tried many carseats the Triumph 5 is the best carseat I have found so far.
