It is a very powerful vacuum cleaner. That's what I love about it because I have two dogs and a cat living in the house. Lot of hair to get up and then sand to keep off of our laminate flooring.
Dislikes - well, it is a bit heavy, but not nearly as bad as a Kirby I had at one time.
I decided to buy it because I had read good reviews about it in a consumer magazine.
It's a good machine, and I am happy I got it. The price was excellent also.
