I believe this book should be on EVERY PERSONS SHELF IN THE WORLD! Especially if you are interested in polyamory, and feel like you are alone, or that it doesn't seem to work in real life. These are people who are telling THEIR stories, and other REAL people's stories of how this lifestyle has worked for them. It also goes into the issues and problems most people run into, and the ways that people have successfully overcome them. Which also leads me to the reason i think you should own this book even if you are NOT interested in Polyamory. These people have developed such intense and evolved communication skills, their way of relating to one another would be helpfull for anyone with any kind of relationship struggle. It is also really nice to see the world from a different perspective to help one think critically and be less judgmental of other peoples beliefs and practices.
Now, my one criticism is that they do not touch much (if any) on what to do when your relationship IS ending- how to deal with that ethically- especially when you are seeing other people... but i guess that is something one must figure out on their own in each situation.
No book is going to have all the answeres, but this one oppens so many doors, and answeres so many fundamental questions on the topic- that i would highly reccomend it to anyone and everyone.
