I never received the item. Though it was offered, it was not in the seller's stock. The seller was very nice about it, offering me a discount on the next thing I were to buy from him, but I'm disappointed that I didn't receive the book for the price I committed.

) I bought this book for my husband who loves to cook & does it well. He was floored with the ingredients (mostly the types of so called meats) in this book. It is going in a garage sale which I don't even think it'll sell there. Sorry but this author was recommended by a friend but I will never purchase a book of hers again.
