Essentials of Investments by Alan J. Marcus, Alex Kane, McGraw-Hill, Zvi Bodie (2007, Hardcover)

This is a required book for my studies. I have the same book, but the 5th edition. It is a good book overall and easy to follow. You can learn some of the basic to intermediate concepts in finance. This is not an advanced text, but very helpful to get a good grasp of the financial world.

Great Seller and the price was reasonable. The item that I got was something that I really needed and the seller answered all of the questions that I asked him.

I got the wrong book. Seller told me I was wrong and she sent the right book when I am staring at a 30 dollar Solutions manual. Now the seller has stopped communicating with me and I will be reporting this. All I need is her return address in order to send back and to stay within her guidelines of her returrn policy but she has since refused to give me that information. This is a horrible experience and I would avoid dealing with this seller at all costs. I thought the 100% feedback meant she would be a good seller, I was wrong.

Content is exactly the same as US edition, but costs less than half the price of the US version. Highly recommended to those who want to save big on book fees =]

I bought this book about 1 month ago. I bought it online because the international edition is much cheaper. I want to make sure the content in international edition is the same as that in US edition so that I can do the homework as the teacher required. and the book meets the requirement. It's very good.

I bought this investment book and got it after couple days. It was pretty quick. The condition is same as what the seller described.

I was already awared of this condition of textbook - which is international version.

the book came with properly sealed there are minor crumples but it's compromisable.

it would be nicer to wrap up with stronger materials

This is a good book if you are thinking about investing in the stock market or mutual funds, but the professor does not really uses this book in class.

This item was shipped very fast which was really important since it was a book for college. i had my book in time for class and would recommend this seller to anyone.

What i dislike is that the seller took my money and then said he shipped it. However, a few days ago, I contacted him to ask where the book was. Then I checked again today. TO my dismay, Ebay has the seller no longer listed. I called EBay to notify them that this happened, and then they said they need to investigate and it will take up to 30 days.

This is fraud, illegal, unethical, rude, mean and SHAME ON EBAY for letting this happen!

Never got the book and filed the claim but didnt get the money back from Half.com. its been around two months I have bought the book, and the semester is getting over, I guess half.com will post my money into the account after I close my bank account.
