Essentials of Business Law And the Legal Environment by Barry S. Roberts, Richard A. Mann (2006, Hardcover)

I really like this book because it gives in depth explanations of the legal issues at hand. One thing I loved is that the key terms for the chapter is defined in the margin of the textbook for quick referense. I am using this text in my Business Law class in college, which is a required course for both Business and Legal Studies students. I am a legal studies minor and I am used to reading law-type texts. However, I have noticed some of the business students struggling with all of the law-orientation within the text.
