I like its easy readable format. Easy to follow instructions.
This book has all the info one would need to begin their own regimen of personal beauty care.
I would recommend it especially to beginners. Teens and young women who do not know where to begin. It has great instructions for everything from applying cosmetics to coloring your hair properly!
