I am a registered nurse, mother of four, and I've taught exercise classes for fifteen years before during and after pregnancies. This is absolutely the best book I've found to keep you in shape for the childbearing year. It was my bible. The instructions are clear. The drawings are not fancy, but they show you what you need to know. The rationale for the particular exercises is presented. You will learn how to prevent lots of aches and pains and other problems the natural way. And it explains Kegels (and why you must do them) better than anywhere else. Buy it.
