The book I received is not the same book that is pictured; HOWEVER, it does contain the same information and it is the correct book. I contacted the seller regarding this and received an immediate response and was assured by him that it was the same book despite the difference in the book covers. He told me I could remove the shrink wrap to look at the chapters of the book and I had 7 days to return, if necessary. Again, this was the correct book at a fantastic price and it was shipped within 2 business days, as promised.

I had to buy it for my Bio101 class, but it's been a great help. The CD that came with it was great for studying and the book made things simple enough for me to understand.

The item arrived right on schedudel and in great, good and clear condition. I would not mind doing business with this person again.

I never received this text. I sent the seller a message on the date it was supposed to arrive by and I never got an answer. I had to file a claim against the seller.

It took too long for the textbook to arrive, although I had paid for expediate services. The class had ended by the time the book had arrived. I wrote the seller and asked for a refund, but I did not get a response. I wrote customer service about the issue and was told not to write multiple messages because it could take up to 72 hours before the seller would respond. It seller never responded and it has been over one month.

I cannot and will not rate the product because I did not use it. I am certain that I probably will not buy anything through Ebay or Half.com again. You all have poor customer service.

It was new and at a cheap price. It is an internal edition but it has all of the information that the US edition has.!

I'm disappointed because I received the wrong book from the picture that is displayed as their selling item. I do think that is not right to do that.Plus, it seems like they did it on purpose because they didn't even send me a return sheet where i can return it or anything like that.

It's in pretty good condition. It is readable. The only damage is some slight tearing and highlighting. I decided to buy it for my girlfriend. I didn't feel the need to buy the newest most expensive book, since I wanted to conserve my money, yet I didn't want to spend to little and get a poorly treated book with no value. I tend to buy in the middle price range for this reason. As long as she could use it and read it for her class, that would be sufficient enough for me, and she has.

I never received the book I ordered. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks. Sent numerous email to the seller with no response and I would like a credit on the $80 plus dollars I was charged.

I purchased this used text book for school. I did not want to pay full price for a brand new book - we all know times are tough financially. Nothing to like or dislike, more of a need.

Shipped the wrong book. Didn't respond to emails for refund. Send book back to seller, but did not receive any notification of receiving book. and did not respond to emails about urgent refund.

I did not receive the biology book that I ordered. I am now a couple of months into the class and still have not received my book.

This book came in great condition with everything I needed. It was just as described as on the seller's page...except that it was in a binder. I do NOT like this about the book. Every page is in a three ring binder. I did not know it was like this. There are a lot of pages and because of this, some of the pages have ripped out...making it impossible for me to re-sell.

It was exactly as advertised. It came brand new, and as stated did not have the same cover as the one sold in the US but whas the same exact book just cheaper!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone on a budget.
