Espresso from Bean to Cup by Nick Jurich (1992, Paperback)

I bought the book because I love coffee and thought it would be neat to find out some of the history of coffee, especially Espresso. It's a nice book- it gives an interesting history of coffee and then goes on to explain the different types of coffee, coffee drinks, and how to prepare them as well as how to keep and store your beans or ground coffee. Basically, if you are a coffee buff, you will enjoy this book. I know I will be keeping my copy, not 'reselling' it, like I usually end up doing!
