Ernie Haase & Signature Sound - Get Away, Jordan (DVD, 2007, Amaray Case)

For somebody who has not heard or seen Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, this DVD is full of the traditional, toe-tapping sounds of Southern Gospel, while providing a visually exciting and entertaining concert. The tight, four-part harmony of this quartet (Ernie Haase-tenor, Doug Anderson-baritone, Ryan Seaton-lead, Tim Duncan-bass) is hard to match and the amazing talent and side-splitting humor of pianist Roy Webb, make this DVD a powerful and fun way to spend an evening.

Christ is truly honored and his attributes are repeatedly expressed as they sing classic songs like "Until We Fly Away", "It Is Done" and "What a Savior". You will also enjoy upbeat songs like "He Made a Change", "Our Debts Will Be Paid", and "Get Away Jordan". Look for some good clean laughter in "Dem Bones" and "Pray for Me", as well as in some of the bonus features.

This DVD has more stage-awareness than the previous DVDs release by EH&SS, evidenced by more choreographed moves and rehearsed interaction. I prefer the older, more traditional feel of some other quartets, but I wouldn't let that keep me from purchasing this special DVD.

Was already familiar with this group.....so I am always on the look-out for the next new DVD. This DVD was new...unopened and a true jem to listen to. I will be on the look-out for the next DVD by this group. They are a good, clean and fun time and religious music without being dry. They are great singers and entertainers. If you are a fan of the Gaithers.....you will LOVE this group.

Love gospel music. Can't get enought of Bill Gaither and Friends. I play it a lot. It come in good condition and on time. I which the seller would reduce the shipping and handling on two or more items.

When it comes to southern gospel, this group is right up there at the top. This quartet isn't afraid to be Christians and proclaim their faith. Their harmonies are fantastic and they enjoy their music. They are very entertaining while saying what they believe. The title song, "Get Away, Jordan", is lively. They include some patriotic songs and render "Oh, Say Can You See" like I've never heard it done before. Definitly a wonderful addition to your music collection.

I bought this DVD because I have every other DVD this group has made. When it comes to southern gospel music, it just doesn't get any better than Ernie, Doug, Ryan, and Tim! If you have never seen them perform, buy a DVD or go to see them in person! You will not be disappointed!
